Do I need insurance to rent equipment?
Yes. Lift & Load Rentals requires the customer to provide a certificate of insurance with Lift & Load Rentals listed as a loss payee for all damage, loss, or theft of rented property in an amount sufficient to cover the value of each piece of equipment.
Don't already have a commercial, inland marine, or homeowners policy? No problem. There are short term rental equipment insurance providers available that offer fast turnaround at a fair price for both individuals and businesses.
How old do I need to be to rent equipment?
The minimum age for renting equipment is 21 years of age. A copy of a valid driver's license is required prior to renting.
Do you keep my credit card on file while the equipment is rented?
Yes, we do.
Do you charge any hidden fees when renting equipment?
No, the price you see is the price you pay subject to 8.25% sales tax. For job sites outside 10 miles of Prosper, TX a small delivery fee may apply.
